Requirements
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years of experience
- Experience with Google Ad Manager
- Experience with Internet advertising and advertising business models.
Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operations of network advertising monetization via Google Ad Manager and other SSPs.
- Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize everything from ad units and pricing rules to identity solutions and floor pricing.
- Analyze auction data, identify performance issues, and implement strategies to increase CPMs and fill rates.
- Collaborate with sales to traffic direct deals and ensure premium execution with top-tier brands.
- Build and maintain relationships with ad tech vendors, exchanges, and data providers to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Monitor site performance, latency, and ad quality while aligning with privacy laws and industry standards.
- Work closely with FlightAware product and engineering teams to test new formats, placements, and revenue experiments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AdBook
- Experience with software scripting in any language in support of automation.
