Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar.
- 3+ years of full cycle product development experience.
- Experience with 3D CAD software.
Responsibilities
- Own Differential design from concept through production launch in alignment with PE-PDP and program gate deliverables.
- Interface with CAD and CAE teams to generate models, drawings, and analyses that validate functional and performance requirements.
- Lead development and integration of new differential components across global, cross-functional engineering teams.
- Generate and manage part numbers and BOMs; collaborate with cost engineering to ensure designs meet cost targets.
- Coordinate with systems engineering to release designs in line with program milestones.
- Support design reviews and project planning activities, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and engineering standards.
- Drive continuous improvement in design methods, tools, and cross-functional processes.
- All other duties as assigned.
