Requirements
- Excellent design skills
- Advanced Mac skills and expert competency in all other commonly used graphic design software
- Understanding of core sports/art/fashion culture
- Ability to develop creative ideas that advertise and promote specific line segments to the target customer
- Excellent organization and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Develops and designs new POS, promotional materials, and sales collateral.
- Designs product catalog for specific product segment if applicable.
- Works directly with product segment team (creative director and marketing) in managing creative workflow needs and development for a specific product segment.
- Fulfill requests for art/photography from requesting parties.
- Learn new software and artistic techniques as needed.
- Assists in research that aids in developing fresh creative ideas for digital advertising and promotional executions.
- Complies with Art department approval process before submitting digital ads, sales collateral, packaging, and POP to print.
- Art directs and manages workflow with production artists.
