Requirements
- A current Full-Scope Polygraph (FSP)
- 1+ years’ experience in web-based development (ReactJS, Redux, JavaScript/Typescript/HTML/CSS)
- 1+ years’ experience with an operational Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipeline.
- Experience with Bash and/or PowerShell scripting
Responsibilities
- Develop and support full stack web applications.
- Design and maintain the backend Java application, including client and middle-tier components using the Spring framework.
- Build and maintain the frontend using Angular.
- Create and manage API and data interfaces.
- Utilize ActiveMQ/Artemis for message queuing.
- Develop REST APIs for service calls.
- Manage and optimize the Postgres SQL database.
- Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
- Participate in planning and implementing new software, upgrades, and migrations.
- Stay current with the latest technologies, industry trends, and best practices to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree from an accredited course of study, in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science or another related field.
- Experience with Java (ideally the Spring Framework), React, Relational databases
- Experience with data processing pipelines such as Apache NiFi
- Experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Ansible
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and/or GCP
- Experience with containerization such as Docker, Podman, Kubernetes, and Rancher
- Agile methods and tracking tools (Atlassian Jira preferred)
- Experience unit testing and associated frameworks including Junit
- Familiar with build tools including Gradle/Maven
- Experience with version Control Repositories (Git preferred)
