Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, or Computer Science
- 5 years (progressive, post-baccalaureate) experience developing microservices using Spring boot
- 24 months of experience with implementing experience working in Google cloud storage, compute engine, dataproc and Bigquery for building and deploying scalable applications
- 24 months of experience with implementing Rest based web service and GraphQL using spring boot
- 24 months of experience with implementing asynchronous message processing, stream processing and event driven computing using Kafka
- 24 months of experience with creating CI/CD pipelines for deploying and supporting microservices
- 24 months of experience with working with the following tools and technologies: Spring boot, Spring MVC framework, JSP, JSTL, HTML5, CSS, Javascript, JQuery, Jenkins, SQL, Eclipse, and IntelliJ IDE
Responsibilities
- Prepare activity and progress reports regarding the activities of the development group
- Develop microservices using Spring boot
- Develop the application’s architecture and blueprints on which functional and non-functional requirements can be met
- Review developer technical designs
- Translate user requirements to technical requirements
- Design application’s technical infrastructure, such as application components, platforms, interfaces, development tools, and testing approaches
- Convert specifications into design approach instructions to solve business problems through automation support
- Participate in the definition of non-functional requirements and ensure that the application architecture supports these requirements
- Monitor and maintain compliance with Enterprise Architecture, Technology Standards, and Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity Planning
- Implement experience working in Google cloud storage, compute engine, dataproc and Bigquery for building and deploying scalable applications
