Requirements

  • 1+ years in a Desktop Support, IT Technician, or Help Desk role
  • Experience supporting both Windows and Mac environments
  • Basic networking and peripheral troubleshooting skills
  • Clear communicator, especially with remote/international teams
  • Strong problem-solving, time management, and documentation skills
  • Customer-first mindset with strong interpersonal skills
  • Passion for IT best practices and data security

Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on technical support via ticketing system, chat, or in person
  • Configure and deploy laptops, monitors, VoIP phones, and software for new hires
  • Execute offboarding tasks (device recovery, account deactivation, access removal)
  • Troubleshoot Windows and Mac hardware/software issues
  • Support remote and international users with time zone awareness
  • Track and manage inventory of IT assets
  • Perform basic user account management and password resets
  • Support IT security (encryption, updates, compliance monitoring)
  • Train users on IT tools and best practices
  • Document technical procedures and troubleshooting steps
  • Participate in IT projects and cross-functional rollouts

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, SaaS apps, and user directories like Okta or Azure AD (preferred)
