Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in fashion design OR an equivalent combination of relevant education, experience, and training in related field
- 1-4 years or more of relevant work experience
- Strong knowledge of streetwear culture, current trends, and design
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient ability to apply and perform design skills such as: drawing/sketching, ideation, digital product creation and visual presentation development
- Proficient knowledge of pattern making, draping, materials, trims, garment fit, garment construction, and manufacturing
Responsibilities
- Translate greater creative direction into compelling designs that embody the culture of Jordan with a fresh aesthetic and distinct identity
- Partner with cross-functional partners to ensure aesthetic feasibility while meeting price points, business needs, and product creation requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in streetwear or fashion preferred. High taste level required.
