A portfolio that showcases work you were directly responsible for creating
Experience as a primary contributor to multiple high-impact projects
In-depth knowledge of Figma, including the ability to create and leverage system elements, such as components and variables
In-depth knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and other design tools
Ability to consider, define and utilize user journeys and UX thinking to inform design decisions
Informed taste based on a deep knowledge of design principles, trends and best practices
A drive and ability to create world-class brand experiences
A willingness to push projects forward in spite of ambiguity
Supplemental, supporting skills, such as motion design, 3D, photography, copywriting or illustration
A strong desire to collaborate and work in the open

Create engaging, polished design directions that are strategically aligned with business objectives
Proactively seek out information, direction and insights to support your work
Bring fresh ideas, perspectives and directions to the table
Drive projects forward even when missing content, direction or assets
