Requirements
- 1+ years of SaaS product design experience
- Strong portfolio showing range across digital, print, and multimedia formats
- Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.)
- Understanding of design systems and how to implement them at scale
- Experience working with product, marketing, and sales teams in fast-paced environments
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Plaud for Business’s visual identity system that balances approachable PLG aesthetics with enterprise credibility
- Create high-impact marketing assets across app, web, email, social media, events, and advertising channels
- Create compelling visual narratives that explain complex product features in accessible ways
- Partner with product, marketing, and sales teams to develop campaigns that drive awareness and conversion
- Establish guidelines and templates that maintain brand consistency while enabling scale
- Direct photoshoots, video productions, and animation projects that elevate our brand storytelling
- Stay current on design trends and technologies to continuously innovate our visual approach
