Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field required
- 10+ years proven experience with modular design and manufacturing
- Past transformational leadership experience comfortable operating at all levels of the organization
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and techniques
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Responsibilities
- Lead the global NPI Manufacturing Engineering staff of 9 in driving standards, requirements and execution of modular designs and manufacturing efficiency
- Lead global multi-functional teams to integrate modular designs into existing and new products
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in modular design to improve product flexibility and scalability
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the engineering team
- Work closely with engineering and supply chain to identify potential suppliers for core components, such as pumps, heat exchangers, sensors, electronics, connectors, valves etc.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree preferred
- Experience with complex cooling systems (HVAC, Liquid cooling distribution) preferred
- Experience with CAD software and other design tools preferred
