Requirements
- Analytical Thinking: Working Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.

- Product Design – MFG: Working Knowledge of processes, approaches, tools and techniques of product design; ability to convert customer and market requirements into product design.
- Product Design and Development: Working Knowledge of product features; ability to design, build, and develop a new product, technology, or service from concept through to production.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for Reman transmission products and performs necessary print maintenance & releasing.
- Support the NPI team by evaluating Caterpillar transmissions for remanufacturing feasibility.
- Provide support for product warranty and watching for emerging trends or issues.
- Support production and quality issues for Reman drivetrain product built in Reman facilities.
- Provide technical support to component salvage projects / techniques.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in an accredited Engineering curriculum or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in drivetrain manufacturing, remanufacturing, or salvage technologies
- Emphasis on initiative and self-starting tasks
