Design and Branding Coordinator

3+ years of design experience, with a portfolio showcasing relevant and recent design work (Required with application).
Strong communication and consultative skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels.
Ability to apply brand guidelines strategically to create cohesive designs that enhance messaging and engagement.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Passion for learning, growing, and delivering creative solutions.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word.

Design compelling visuals that support storytelling, enhance understanding, and effectively communicate key messages.
Collaborate with teams to shape content and develop designs for websites, social media, presentations, printed materials, and more.
Ensure all designs align with brand identity guidelines and maintain a cohesive message.
Stay current on design trends and tools, sharing insights and recommendations to enhance communication strategies.
Support the design and layout of blog posts, intranet content, and other web communications.
