Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
  • Currently reside in OR willing to relocate to the St. Louis, Missouri region.
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
  • A final U.S. Secret or Top-Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and apply job practices, techniques, standards, principles, theories, and concepts.
  • Assist with the development and documentation of electronic and electrical system requirements according to customer desires and contract requirements.
  • Assist in monitoring suppliers’ performance to ensure compliance with requirements.
  • Analyze, translate and implement requirements into system architecture, hardware and software designs and interface specifications, showing traceability throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Develop or modify basic hardware and software designs based on defined requirements.
  • Perform system tests to verify operational and functional requirements.
  • Assist in resolving product integration issues and production anomalies.
  • Research basic technologies for potential application to company business needs.
  • Solve problems concerning fielded hardware and software over the entire product lifecycle.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the Aerospace Industry
  • Experience using good communication, analytical, and organizational skills and able to work in a team environment
  • Experience within a design/build or test team
  • Experience creating, developing, and/or maintaining engineering processes
  • Experience with electronic/electrical system designs or test based on requirements
