Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
- Active Secret Clearance required.
- At least 8 years of experience as a contractor to the USG or other support capacity to a client.
- 6+ years of experience in operations and/or program management, demonstrating the ability to collaborate and deliver contractual services in a high op-tempo environment.
- Experience with FMS case management support or FMS financial management support.
- Experience tracking FMS cases through the development and execution process.
- Proven ability to multi-task and handle a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office software.
Responsibilities
- Support the Program Director and backfill as needed.
- Support the day-to-day administration of the contract.
- Provide innovative approaches to team management.
- Provide technical support, leadership, and creation of processes in execution of the contract.
- Support and lead quality assurance and technical excellence of work of the contract and team; ensure deliverables and products are delivered timely and of quality acceptable to both the client and Dexis.
- Track tasks and deliverables across the contract, working to mitigate risk and ensure the high quality of deliverables and manage workloads of team members.
- Keep abreast of trends in the security cooperation field.
- Maintain positive team morale and culture.
- Ensure consistent and compliant application of administrative and operating policies and procedures throughout the DSCU.
- Oversee full functionality and ensure changes to DSCU practices are communicated to all relevant staff and contractors.
- Lead the project to update and improve DSCU’s file management and document disposition practices, collaborating effectively with stakeholders.
- Effectively manage personnel attrition and turnover to ensure operations continue smoothly while new staff are being hired and trained.
- Provide employees training to ensure staff expertise remains at a level to efficiently and effectively execute task order requirements.
- Provide and manage trained personnel to ensure effective and efficient day-to-day business operations in accordance with Administrative and Analytical Support and practices.
- Serve as point of contact with DSCA Security and Facilities Management to address campus-related issues.
- May serve as a point of contact for client correspondence and requests.
- Provide monthly and quarterly status reports.
- Other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Defense Security Cooperation University processes and procedures.
- Executive level support experience within the Department of Defense and other federal agencies.
- Knowledge of Management Information System – International Logistics (MISIL), Security Cooperation Information Portal (SCIP), Information Warehouse (IW), or Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
- Knowledge of defense acquisition systems.
