Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in inventory management, supply chain planning, or product deployment.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Manhattan Associates) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, or Power BI).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on optimizing processes under tight deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, sales, and procurement.
  • Knowledge of supply chain logistics, demand forecasting, and inventory control principles.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage product deployment plans to ensure balanced inventory levels across the network, aligning with demand forecasts and sales goals.
  • Analyze inventory data, including stock levels, turnover rates, and demand patterns, to optimize product placement and replenishment schedules.
  • Coordinate with supply chain, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure timely and cost-effective product distribution to network locations.
  • Monitor inventory health metrics (e.g., stock-to-sales ratios, inventory turnover rate, aging inventory) and implement strategies to reduce excess inventory and prevent shortages.
  • Utilize inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or WMS) to track product movement and maintain accurate stock records.
  • Collaborate with demand planners and sales teams to align deployment plans with sell-through performance, promotional activities, seasonal trends, and market demands.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks or disruptions in the product deployment process, including transportation delays or supply chain constraints.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and company policies during product deployment.
  • Generate advance data reports and dashboards to provide visibility into inventory performance, deployment efficiency, and network health for leadership.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance deployment processes, reduce costs, and improve inventory turnover.

Preferred Qualifications
