Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience with Projects Management Lifecycle, Program Development, and Project Leadership
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Strategic Business Expertise, Strategic Planning Execution, Business Analytics Visualization, P L Management, and Revenue Growth
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Stakeholder Team Management Stakeholder Management, Negotiation Persuasion, Relationship Rapport Building, and Team Leadership Training
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Financial Management P L Management, Resource Allocation, Cost Efficiency Optimization, and Contract Management

Responsibilities

  • As a Deployment Network Engineering PM, you will be responsible for designing and deploying telecommunication network infrastructures.
  • Your day-to-day activities will include managing construction and adaptation services for new and existing points of presence and base stations, as well as implementing, commissioning, and decommissioning network equipment.
  • You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, and be responsible for team decisions.
  • Engaging with multiple teams and contributing to key decisions will be essential, along with providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across various teams.
  • Expert proficiency in Network and Service Management is required.
  • Advanced proficiency in Network Infrastructures, Network Engineering Planning and Deployment Solution, and Project Management is recommended.
  • Develop innovative strategies for optimizing network performance and reliability.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of existing network infrastructures to identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead cross-functional workshops to align project goals and enhance team collaboration.
  • Create detailed documentation and reports to track project progress and outcomes.
  • Mentor junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
