Requirements
- Ph.D. in physics or a related field
- Experience in single-crystal growth and characterization preferred
Responsibilities
- Work with Prof. Zhiqiang Mao on a quantum materials research program
- Focus on the discovery and synthesis of novel quantum materials
- Conduct bulk single-crystal growth
- Perform characterization and measurements of magnetic, dielectric, ferroelectric, and transport properties
