Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Care Administration or related field.
- Four years of high-level statistical analysis experience.
- OR Master’s degree and three years of experience.
- Excellent analytical, communication and customer service skills.
- Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and can work with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate operational and financial functions of administrative and operational units.
- Analyze departmental resources, services, systems, budgets, and programs.
- Prepare reports based on analysis.
- Conduct comprehensive statistical analysis and evaluation of unit services and performance.
- Identify program or service strengths, weaknesses, and monetary impact.
- Identify opportunities for service and program improvement.
- Develop special reports and recommendations.
- Participate in the development of operational plans, procedures, and systems.
- Review and evaluate current procedures and systems and develop recommendations for improvement and/or change.
- Lead project teams to complete elevated level R15 analysis or reports complete with comprehensive recommendations.
- Maintain awareness of and comply with various regulatory guidelines (JCAHO, FDA, HIPAA, OSHA, etc.).
- Conduct presentations and advise others regarding key changes or related issues.
