Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years leading operational teams of 15+ employees in healthcare, hospitality, or a related service-driven industry
- 5+ years of management or operations experience strongly preferred
- Proven track record of driving sales, hitting revenue targets, and optimizing production
- Financially savvy — comfortable managing budgets and identifying levers for business growth
- Exceptional communication skills — equally comfortable motivating a team or resolving member concerns
- Hands-on leadership style with a high sense of urgency and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Strong technology skills — able to navigate scheduling systems, reporting dashboards, and Dentrix Ascend with ease
- Excited to build, grow, and lead in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Responsibilities
- Build a studio culture rooted in collaboration, positivity, and performance
- Manage the day-to-day operations of a high-volume studio
- Partner with clinical leadership to achieve (and exceed) monthly revenue and production goals
- Create an environment where every Tend member feels welcomed, cared for, and delighted
- Hire, onboard, train, and coach a team of 20+ clinical and non-clinical professionals
- Work closely with central operations, talent, marketing, and other support teams to drive success at the studio level
- Own studio KPIs, forecast needs, analyze trends, and continuously identify opportunities for improvement
