Requirements

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office with intermediate Excel skills.
  • Analytical and math-based skills; working knowledge of statistics.
  • 0-2 years of wholesale experience in a retail environment a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for proactive end-to-end promotional ad management, including forecasting at the SKU level for assigned customer groups for promotional and turn activities on a weekly basis.
  • Manage a process of distributions, ad changes, and additions from the time that C&S receives the information to the time of booking expiration.
  • Maintain, analyze, and make adjustments to the turn forecast.
  • Perform real time promotional analysis of ad items to ensure the highest service levels utilizing the least amount of inventory.
  • Run and review reports analyzing the quantity of product allocated to promotional activity as it relates to turn forecasts regarding C&S as a whole.
  • Maintain all communications between internal C&S procurement teams as needed.
  • Prepare for and participate in weekly ad conference calls with assigned customer grouping(s) to review future promotional activities.
  • Participate in the daily customer service level review.
  • Optimize C&S Demand Planning tools to help achieve a proactive and adaptable approach to forecasting assigned customer groups as each organization evolves.
  • Weekend coverage 4-5 weekends per year; support holiday actions or troubleshooting activities.
  • Other tasks as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Potential for minimal travel to other offices for cross-training purposes.
