Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or other relevant fields.
- Proven work experience (3+ years) in demand planning, forecasting, or a similar role within the CPG industry.
- Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures.
- Strong mathematical, analytical, and statistical skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, NetSuite, and other software related to demand planning.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to successfully communicate forecasts and inventory estimations.
- Capable of multitasking and working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and adaptable

Responsibilities
- Develop effective forecast models based on industry trends, demand patterns, and historical data to predict future product demand.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Finance, to gather input and align forecasting models with business strategies.
- Monitor and report on significant changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies to management.
- Conduct risk assessments, propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy and mitigate potential risks.
- Perform weekly forecast maintenance and address demand-related issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with Science and Innovation, Sales, and Marketing to develop forecasts for new products, promotions, and end-of-life items.
