Requirements

  • Five years of demand/lead generation experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience using sales and marketing automation tools, such as Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Own the lead generation process, including identifying and qualifying leads, managing data in Salesforce, and ensuring seamless lead handoff to the sales team for follow-up and conversion.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align lead generation efforts with sales goals and ensure a smooth lead handoff process.
  • Develop and implement lead and demand generation strategies across multiple channels (email, content marketing, paid media, webinars, events, etc.)
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, leveraging data and insights to refine strategies and tactics.
  • Oversee the management and optimization of marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay).
  • Develop compelling content and campaigns targeting key decision-makers in healthcare organizations, including health system executives and other stakeholders.
  • Report on pipeline-building metrics and forecast.
  • Identify process automation and optimization opportunities, focusing on scalability and driving significant growth.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to ensure proper lead management processes, metrics, and policies.
  • Maintain data integrity in Salesforce.com and other systems.
  • Develop best practices that align sales data quality with company initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within a software-as-a-service (SaaS) company is preferred.
  • Experience with the healthcare industry is preferred.
  • Experience working within a high growth and/or ambiguous environment, with proven experience in a dynamic environment.
