Requirements

  • 3+ years foundational marketing experience with at least 2 years experience managing paid media campaigns in an in-house or agency role
  • Advanced knowledge of Google suite, bid management/optimization platforms, and/or affiliate marketing platforms
  • Strong proficiency and understanding of Google AdWords, Bing ads, and/or Apple search ads
  • Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills; ability to analyze and interpret large data sets
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Advanced Excel knowledge, including pivot tables
  • Experience in marketing at a SaaS company and/or in B2B acquisition

Responsibilities

  • Help manage a multi-million dollar budget, owning performance of specific channels and working to meet target customer acquisition costs while continuing to drive revenue for the business.
  • Ensure that paid media campaigns are aligning with the overall business strategy and objectives
  • Act as a subject matter expert in paid search marketing, responsible for strategy and best-practices to drive improved performance, supporting all marketing and digital channel efforts to ensure a consistent approach to winning in paid search
  • Evaluate current SEM account set up, developing new strategies to increase performance, and proactively presenting those to internal planning teams as required.
  • Make daily, weekly and monthly optimizations including evaluation of ad copy, ad formats, and ad groups as well as implementing negative keywords and bidding strategies.
  • Optimize existing affiliate partnerships, and help to launch and grow new affiliate relationships.
  • Identify target audiences for outbound marketing motions and design campaigns to make those audiences aware and interested in When I Work as a solution.
  • Manage and execute landing page, creative, and ad copy testing. Work with the creative team to ideate and execute new tests
  • Create and maintain reporting on program performance and test results for owned paid channels
  • Continue to expand your knowledge and skillsets in your areas of responsibility and others
  • Stay informed on trends and changes in the search and social advertising space

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience at a startup or in a growth-driven atmosphere
  • SQL familiarity – expertise is not required
  • A/B testing experience
  • Experience designing outbound marketing campaigns for B2B audiences
