Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a focus on demand generation
- Proven success in driving pipeline growth through multi-channel marketing programs, including paid media, SEM, email, and events
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and optimize campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Salesforce
- Understanding of marketing to finance and operations professionals or back-office teams
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, ensuring alignment across sales, marketing, and product teams
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Responsibilities
- Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns to drive qualified leads
- Own email, paid, social, and lifecycle marketing while developing new channels
- Analyze and report on campaign performance data to refine strategies, while testing and iterating on messaging and targeting
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and communication materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, customer success, and revenue operations to align marketing initiatives with business goals
