Requirements
- Proven track record of running demand generation programs in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally targeting data or technical audiences.
- A data-driven mindset with experience in marketing analytics, attribution models, and funnel optimization.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.), CRM platforms, and paid media management.
- A creative, unorthodox approach to demand generation—able to test and iterate on new ideas quickly.
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, and developer relations.
- A “get it done” attitude with a love for fast-paced, scrappy environments.
- A passion for engaging technical audiences in authentic, non-salesy ways.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation programs that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion across digital, events, and content marketing.
- Own and optimize paid and organic marketing channels (email, content syndication, search, social, partnerships, etc.) to fuel inbound pipeline growth.
- Experiment with creative, unorthodox approaches and tools to demand gen—if there’s a standout way to drive impact, we want you to find it!
- Partner closely with sales, product marketing, and developer relations to create compelling messaging and content that speaks to technical audiences.
- Launch and refine account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to engage high-value accounts and drive meaningful conversations.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, ensuring we’re investing in high-impact initiatives and continuously optimizing based on data.
- Manage and refine marketing automation workflows and lead nurturing strategies to improve conversion rates and sales handoff efficiency.
- Own website conversion rate optimization, making sure our online presence drives meaningful engagement and pipeline growth.
