Requirements

  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience with a focus on demand generation
  • Experience providing exec-level reporting in demand gen outcomes
  • Experience managing people or external teams (contractors, agencies, or direct reports)
  • Strong track record of designing and executing high-performing campaigns
  • Proficiency with HubSpot
  • Deep understanding of marketing attribution and funnel metrics
  • Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills
  • Data-driven mindset with a strong focus on performance and reporting

Responsibilities

  • Lead campaign reporting and attribution; ensure consistent reporting standards across all initiatives
  • Own marketing’s contribution to pipeline — build and deliver reporting for leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Mentor and guide direct reports and/or external contributors
  • Own the implementation and optimization of HubSpot as our core marketing automation platform
  • Develop lead scoring, nurture workflows, and attribution models to accelerate pipeline
  • Build seamless marketing-to-sales handoff processes
  • Design dashboards and reporting systems to track campaign KPIs and ROI
  • Design and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns across digital platforms
  • Drive MQL and SQL growth and measure performance against pipeline and revenue goals
  • Partner with Product Marketing on launches and strategic initiatives
  • Support targeted growth strategies for key segments and verticals
  • Partner with Events to maximize event performance and campaign impact
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and content creators
  • Set KPIs and performance expectations for partners
  • Own campaign analytics, including ROI and conversion rates
  • Conduct A/B testing and iterative optimization
  • Generate strategic insights to guide future campaigns and budget allocation
  • Deliver executive-level reporting on marketing performance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
