- Extremely strong verbal and written communication skills – must be able to:
- Interact productively with team members across Technology and Engineering in multiple locations and across time zones globally
- Engage with senior management / executive level management.
- Present data and messages clearly and concisely
- Proactive, adaptable, and flexible with ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and reprioritize tasks based on new information or shifting deadlines
- Extremely organized/good time management skills
Responsibilities
- Leads and coordinates routines to support delivery (for example, kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates, etc.)
- Manages coordination of delivery and dependencies across multiple teams
- Facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline
- Provides status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks, issues, and schedule
- Works with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements
- Supports resource planning for delivery and execution
- Ensures adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards
Preferred Qualifications
- Tracking high-priority initiatives for the team to identify any potential obstacles.
- Act as proxy to senior management in Risk & Control issues, including in engagements with Risk and Compliance partners, Audit, GCOR etc
- Excel/PowerPoint for regular reporting
- Self-starter, self-motivated and delivery focused
