Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree AND 8+ years of project/program management experience
- Eligible to possess and is able to maintain an active U.S. Top Secret SCI security clearance
- Willing to travel up to 25%
- Familiarity with doctrinal, functional, and technical command and control concepts, processes, and principles
Responsibilities
- Serve as the conduit between the delivery team and leadership
- Build partnerships with supporting agencies/personnel to support program management and product delivery
- Oversee customer delivery of ECC products (Menace I, X, T, Z)
- Lead the training and professional development of the delivery team
- Manage staffing of programs and product delivery
- Develop and implement product sustainment plans post-delivery
- Provide input to the Business Development / Growth team on contract details, ensuring contract execution is feasible in the product delivery and O&S phase
- Provide input to the Product Team on lessons learned/end user feedback to inform the ECC product roadmap
- Partner with Communications, Marketing, and CW Leadership to create successful announcements and blogposts from customer events, exercises, trade shows, and other events
Preferred Qualifications
- Currently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S. Top Secret SCI security clearance
