Requirements

  • A High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one year or more of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, TSA Laws and Regulations, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine daily reports and communicate issues to your Supervisor.
  • Demonstrate and utilize your ability to speak effectively and provide excellent customer service to groups of customers/owners/guests or team members.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out written or oral instructions.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Responsibilities

  • Makes sure that the customer leaves with a full understanding of what they bought and that they are happy with their purchase.
  • Fully explains the documents to new owners.
  • Must demonstrate the highest customer service to new owners through the cancellation period.
  • Checks deals daily.
  • Manages sales pitch of sales reps.
  • Communicates with other Travel Club Deeders to make sure all procedures are uniform.
  • Does all follow-up calls for new owners.
  • Makes sure that Sales reps, Contract processing, and deeding are updated on all changes.
  • Keeps records of deals, reps, and all involved in each individual deal.
  • Must always comply with all other department expectations and requirements.
  • Regular attendance as scheduled is necessary.
