Requirements

  • 5+ years in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations or a similar function within the SaaS/technology industry
  • Strong understanding of deal structuring, pricing strategies, and contract negotiation processes
  • Proficiency in CRM and CPQ tools, with a preference for Salesforce experience
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with the capacity to balance risk, efficiency, and business goals
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and build a function from the ground up in a high-growth environment
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to changing priorities in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement best practices for deal structuring, approvals, and execution to support scalable growth
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the Sales team, providing guidance on deal structure, pricing, and contract terms to drive successful outcomes
  • Work closely with Legal, Finance, and Operations to ensure deal processes are efficient and comply with company policies
  • Create and maintain approval workflows, ensuring appropriate visibility and governance over non-standard deals
  • Identify bottlenecks in the deal process and implement automation or process enhancements to increase efficiency
  • Analyze deal trends and performance, providing insights to leadership to refine pricing and contracting strategies
  • Educate Sales and other key stakeholders on deal processes, policies, and best practices to ensure consistency and compliance
