Requirements
- Knowledge of database creation
- Knowledge of Power BI
- Capable of creating process maps
- Capable of creating Project Objectives with Key Results
- Ability to work alone and in groups
- Working towards Computer Programming degree or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Create a relational database to track training requirements
- Establish relationships between people, job function, training requirement, and periodicity
- Create the database in Power BI with a link to the TR Business System (Oracle)
- Setup management boards to identify training coming due and past due for all departments
