Data Technical Project Manager VP

8+ years of Project Manager experience
Strong and proven practical experience in project management, which was gained through successfully managing large and complex projects
Strong familiarity with Agile methodology and usage of JIRA
Scrum Master and PMP certification strongly desired
Experience working in a technology division of a large banking institution desired
Strong organization skills and advanced presentation skills
Ability to navigate in global, large, and complex organization
Strong ability to influence without authority
Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision
A bachelor’s degree in business management, administration (or any relevant degree), with proven experience in Project Management tools and techniques

Project manage the deliveries and other technical components to the applicable IT project/tool – daily project management and oversight of the project lifecycle including driving the project’s change management process
Communicate effectively – produce executive management reporting, create/manage/report on key milestones, risks, and issues, and record meeting summaries with follow up actions for distribution with relevant stakeholders
Produce & manage project artifacts – prepare and deliver all supporting artifacts, including the full maintenance of the project in Citi’s Project Management Tool
Enforce project standardization & consistency – have extensive experience using Jira and running Agile projects & ensure other team members are using consistent approaches and templates
Collaborate effectively with other Project Managers – coordinate with interdependent systems and run quarterly end-to-end testing supporting the regulatory reporting teams.

Scrum Master and PMP certification strongly desired
