Requirements
- Proven expertise in technical data strategy, with the ability to navigate complex data sets and collaborate across multiple teams to deliver meaningful, actionable insights
- Extensive experience in data strategy, analytics, or business intelligence, ideally within a customer success or emerging business environment, though not mandatory
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and advanced SQL experience, along with other data querying languages
- Experience implementing automated reporting and analytics to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Ability to synthesize complex data from multiple sources into clear, actionable insights
- Strong problem-solving skills with a curious and analytical mindset
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Develop & Sustain Data Strategy: Build and execute a data strategy that delivers actionable insights for executive and team-level reporting, enabling data-driven decision-making
- Prioritize & Implement Insight Projects: Identify, prioritize, and execute data and insight initiatives that align with EBCS objectives
- Drive Automation & Efficiency: Implement automation practices to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability in reporting across the organization
- Curate Business Health Insights: Aggregate and analyze data from multiple sources to provide a holistic view of the business
- Develop Visualizations & Dashboards: Partner with a data engineer and governance teams to design and maintain dashboards that align with EBCS KPIs, ensuring insights are actionable and accessible
- Collaborate & Problem-Solve: Work cross-functionally with internal teams to translate data into compelling narratives that showcase business performance
- Technical Strategy & Execution: Leverage a technical background to collaborate with data engineers in developing robust data solutions that meet business needs
