Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 1 year of data analytics experience.
• Experience with various data management systems.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Analytical skills, communication skills, attention to detail, and problem solving.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate across lines of businesses.

Responsibilities

• Obtain a deep understanding of Line of Business (LOB) clients and systems that capture/report data.
• Manage and maintain day-to-day data needs of KPB’s CRM system (Salesforce).
• Interact and Train Field professionals on data entry and best practices related to KPB’s CRM system (Salesforce).
• Support the planning and analysis of complex business data usage problems and can anticipate and solve data capturing issues.
• Oversee all data reporting needs for the LOB ensuring accuracy and timeliness of reports.
• Oversee Data Steward activities on a daily basis and escalate data issues as necessary.
• Ability to effectively communicate and present solutions to senior leadership.
• Identify and raise issues quickly.
• Engage with business partners as necessary to organize and analyze data, data trends, and issues.
• Engage with Sales Leaders to identify and support Field data needs related to prospecting/lead lists, book analysis, and other needs as identified.
