Requirements
- Minimum 3-4 years (Senior Data Scientist level) or 5-7 years (Lead Data Scientist level) of experience in data science or advanced analytics roles.
- Proficient in Python, SQL, and cloud-based environments (GCP preferred).
- Proven experience in mathematical optimization; hands-on use of Gurobi is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow or Dataproc.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to rapidly integrate into and contribute to complex projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Working with practice leaders and clients to understand clients’ business problem, industry context, data sources, potential risk and constraints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver data-driven solutions that support key business initiatives.
- Design and implement, and optimize advanced models using Python, SQL and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Apply mathematical optimization techniques to address real-world healthcare challenges; experience with Gurobi is a strong plus.
- Build and manage scalable data pipelines and orchestrate workflows using tools such as Airflow and Dataproc.
- Effectively communicate analytical findings and technical methodologies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Gurobi is highly desirable.
