Requirements
- An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED ‘SECRET’ Federal or DoD security clearance
- Bachelor’s Degree
- FIVE (5) or more years of experience in data science, data analysis, or data visualization
Responsibilities
- Provide data science and analytics solutions to Department of Defense Clients
- Identify and address client needs, build client relationships, and drive initiatives forward
- Wrangle, cleanse, and analyze data using programming languages such as Python
- Develop advanced visualizations and dashboards using business intelligence tools
- Build predictive and/or Large Language Models on advanced data science platforms
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in computer science or related field
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience with design and build of ETL programs, interfaces, and data reconciliation processes
- Experience with developing and deploying AI/ML or predictive models to solve problems or improve efficiency
- Experience developing reports and dashboards for data consumers
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff within an organization
