Requirements
- Experience in python is required.
- Knowledge and interest in understanding cards offerings, TD cards portfolio and P&L is must.
- Understanding of TD’s data assets – cloud zones, BIM data etc. is required.
Responsibilities
- Providing analytics, insights and data science support for credit cards acquisitions, product and journey teams.
- Pull substantial amounts of data through cloud zones, assess data quality and accuracy, perform deep dive analytics, generate high quality insights, make actionable recommendation to business partners and track the final outcomes for continuous iterative improvements.
- Focus on key customer segments to drive performance and support P&L enhancing decisions.
- Generate insightful presentations for business partners and AI2 leadership highlighting opportunities for growth.
- Perform ancillary activities like ADIDOs, PIAs etc. to ingest/export data.
- Generate and deliver a pipeline of value cases to help business/journey achieve their OKRs for FY25-26.
- Proactively identify opportunities and close gaps in understanding of overall cards acquisition performance, cards campaigns, pre-approval funnel optimization etc.
- Support executives and business partners in monitoring and tracking the portfolio, supporting monthly MOR updates, forecast v/s actual gap analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in advanced analytics – clustering, segmentation, feature engineering, predictive modeling etc. is preferred.
