Responsibilities
- You’ll be part of the Engineering/Data team with a focus on CX and Sales.
- You’ll use our data warehouse (Metabase/Clickhouse) to answer questions like: What property attributes are most predictive of an early cancellation?
- Given a data set of 100,000 inbound messages from customers and agents, how often is our reply unhelpful/discourteous?
- Which support agents are skewing to email vs phone vs SMS and how is that impacting their productivity and customer satisfaction?
- What’s the predicted retention period for a referral from a mortgage company on a fix-and-flip property?
