Requirements
- Proficiency in Python and PySpark for data manipulation and ML model development
- Strong experience in machine learning, especially time series forecasting (ARIMA, Prophet, LSTM, XGBoost, etc.)
- Experience in causal ML (e.g., uplift modeling, propensity scoring, causal impact analysis)
- Deep Learning: Neural networks (CNNs, RNNs, LSTMs), transformers, embeddings
- NLP: Language modeling, embeddings (Word2Vec, BERT, GPT), text classification, summarization
- Strong skills in writing complex SQL queries for data extraction and transformation
- Experience with AWS (S3, SageMaker, Lambda, Glue, etc.)
- Familiarity with Databricks Lakehouse architecture, notebook development, and collaborative ML workflows
Responsibilities
- Drive advanced analytics and machine learning initiatives across the organization
- Lead a team of data scientists
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to design, develop, and deploy data-driven solutions that impact strategic business outcomes
