Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong background in Data Warehousing, ETL processes, and data quality management
- Solid experience with big data platforms (e.g. Hadoop, Oracle, Snowflake)
- Strong knowledge of data quality frameworks, methodologies, and tools
- In depth understanding of relational databases (SQL) and data warehousing concepts.
- Proficiency in data quality measurement techniques, including data profiling and validation.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of software engineers and data quality analysts, providing guidance and training for high performance.
- Conduct regular data quality reviews and present findings to senior management.
- Collaborate with Product Management Technical, partners, and business stakeholders to support the roadmap and address needs.
- Establish and uphold data quality standards, policies, and procedures for the data warehouse.
- Define and track data quality metrics and KPIs; identify improvement areas.
- Implement and improve data quality tools to enhance validation and monitoring.
- Manage data quality projects for timely delivery.
- Lead the team in monitoring as well as reporting data quality trends, issues, and improvements.
- Guide the team in investigating and resolving data discrepancies promptly.
- Identify recurring data quality issues and lead efforts to address root causes.
