Requirements
- Proficient computer skills
- Able to type 60 WPM (Words Per Minute)
- Proficient in all Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc)
- Must be familiar with Ten Key for efficient and productive computer usage for data entry
Responsibilities
- Enters non-claim forms
- Enters medical review cases
- Updates and maintains provider data
- Handles returned provider mail for address correction
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with DG (Data General)
- Adobe Pro experience
- Experience with healthcare claims
