Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred)
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar administrative role
- Fast typing skills (40+ WPM) with high accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and update data into internal databases and systems
- Verify accuracy of data before input and conduct regular quality checks
- Organize and maintain electronic files and documentation
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities
- Prepare reports and summaries when required
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Communicate with other departments to ensure data consistency and completeness
