Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Accurately enter data into internal systems and databases
- Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems
- Update and manage spreadsheets and data reports
- Communicate with team members to clarify and correct data as needed
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of all data
- Perform routine administrative tasks related to data management
