Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in the IT industry
- 5+ years of experience as a database developer, database administrator, or data architect
- 5+ years of experience with PL and SQL scripting to support data transformation activities
- Experience with developing scalable ETL/ELT workflows for reporting and analytics
- Experience creating solutions within a collaborative, cross-functional team environment
- Ability to develop scripts and programs for converting various types of data into usable formats and support the project team to scale, monitor, and operate data platforms
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- Bachelor’s degree
Responsibilities
- Help build advanced technology solutions and implement data engineering activities on mission-driven projects
- Deploy and develop pipelines and platforms that organize and make disparate data meaningful
- Work with and guide a multi-disciplinary team of analysts, data engineers, developers, and data consumers in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Use experience in analytical exploration and data examination while managing the assessment, design, building, and maintenance of scalable platforms for clients
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Agile Scrum or Kanban approaches
- Experience with the Python language
- Experience with a public cloud, including AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud
- Knowledge of HR data processing systems
- Ability to learn new technologies
