Requirements
- 7+ years of experience with application or software development
- 3+ years of experience with Palantir Foundry, including pipeline development, transformation logic, and data modeling
- 3+ years of experience translating and supporting analytical codebases across SAS, R, or Python
- 2+ years of experience leading onboarding and data migration programs to data platforms
- Experience supervising others and leading deliverables in cross-functional environments
- Experience developing and maintaining shared libraries or templates for analytics and data workflows
- Experience with scalable data engineering practices, including ingestion, transformation, and orchestration
- Experience with TypeScript or JavaScript for front-end or data tool integration
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
Responsibilities
- Lead data engineering activities on mission-driven projects
- Oversee the development and deployment of pipelines and platforms that organize and make disparate data meaningful
- Guide and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of analysts, data engineers, developers, and data consumers
- Use expertise in analytical exploration and data examination while overseeing the assessment, design, building, and maintenance of scalable platforms
- Support multilingual code environments across SAS, R, and Python, translating and modernizing analytics workflows
- Lead the development of shared libraries and modular code repositories, ensuring maintainability and consistency across enterprise teams
- Collaborate on onboarding programs to the Palantir Foundry platform and drive adoption through training, integration, and architecture support
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAS macros, R packages, or Python libraries for statistical or operational data workflows
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau and RShiny
- Experience with data lakes, unstructured data integration, and big data ecosystems
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies, DevOps, and dataops practices
- Master’s degree
