Requirements
- Proven experience working as a Data Engineer, with a focus on data integration and data pipeline development.
- Solid understanding of data modeling, data warehousing concepts, and ETL processes.
- Understanding of Agile software development and CI/CD methodologies.
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Azure or AWS.
- Experience with Databricks and Python for data manipulation and transformation is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, adaptability, and communication skills, encouraging effective teamwork and collaboration with cross-functional teams and partners.
- Participate in code reviews, be open to feedback, and support team growth.
- 4+ years of experience in Data Engineering
- Degree in CS, IT, Statistics, or related fields; or equivalent experience in the field of sophisticated data engineering.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain data integration pipelines utilizing APIs to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into target systems.
- Build robust SQL queries, stored procedures, and data transformation scripts for data manipulation and transformation tasks.
- Utilize Power BI to create insightful reports, dashboards, and visualizations to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Build and customize Power Apps solutions to enhance data accessibility and user experience.
- Monitor data systems’ performance and address any issues or anomalies to ensure smooth data flow and system stability.
Preferred Qualifications
- Snaplogic experience is a plus.
- Experience with Databricks and Python for data manipulation and transformation is a plus.
