Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or a related field
- 0 – 5 years working knowledge of data systems
- Basic knowledge of data management, data modeling, and data integration techniques
- Familiarity with MS SQL Server, Snowflake, Python, Enterprise Orchestration (ActiveBatch, Tidal, Airflow, etc.) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
- Understanding of data security, data governance, and compliance regulations
Responsibilities
- Support the design, development, and maintenance of data pipelines and data integration processes across internal and cloud-based platforms
- Assist in building and optimizing data workflows using orchestration tools (e.g., ActiveBatch, Tidal, Airflow)
- Monitor and troubleshoot existing data infrastructure to ensure reliable performance and data availability
- Contribute to the documentation of data models, processes, and workflows to support ongoing enhancements and data governance initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
- Preferred experience includes working with Python and SQL
- Experience with data warehousing, data lakes, and data mesh architectures
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
- Knowledge of machine learning and AI applications in data management
