Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in data analysis and programming
- Proficiency in SQL and data schema design
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, PHP, or JavaScript
- Experience identifying opportunities to apply technical solutions to solve stakeholder pain points
- Experience communicating effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience working independently and leading project teams
- Experience learning new technologies and tools independently and quickly
Responsibilities
- Design and develop data-driven automation solutions using various tools and technologies, such as Python, PHP, and SQL
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation
- Analyze data and present insights to convince stakeholders on process changes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement automation solutions
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of data assets to support automation solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to automation solutions
- Regularly learn about new automation tools and technologies and evaluate their applicability to current business challenges and opportunities
- Lead small-scale projects or components of larger projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other team members

- Experience developing re-usable business process automation libraries
- Experience applying existing LLMs to business problems
