Requirements
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, or Information Technology Management and 3 years data analytics experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, or Information Technology Management and 5 years (progressive post-baccalaureate) data analytics experience
- 24 months of experience with building and monitoring KPI dashboard/reports for all channels, providing detailed business analysis
- 24 months of experience with translating business requirements into solution design documents
- 24 months of experience with developing KPI Metrics, Dimensions, Reporting groups, Scorecards and Dashboards for trend analysis and funnel reporting
- 24 months of experience working in a finance environment, focused on Web (Adobe) Analytics with custom variables (eVars, s.Props, s.Events)
- 24 months of experience using Adobe Analytics advanced features, building advanced calculated Metrics, Cross Device analytics, setting up Custom alerts, Data warehouse reporting, creating dynamic and reusable segments
- 24 months of experience working with tools and technologies: Tealium, Adobe Target, Adobe Experience Cloud debugger, Omni bug, Charles Proxy, identifying analytics KPIs, Clickstream data, SQL, and JavaScript
Responsibilities
- Validate tagging and usability within both Adobe Analytics UI as well as raw clickstream data during feature releases and necessary regression testing
- Build reports within Adobe Analytics to enable the Digital Organization with initial insights surrounding platform or interface performance
- Build and monitor KPI dashboard/reports for all channels, providing detailed business analysis
- Translate business requirements into solution design documents used for implementation support, guidance and documentation of processes
- Develop KPI Metrics, Dimensions, Reporting groups, Scorecards and Dashboards for trend analysis and funnel reporting
- Work in a finance environment, focused on Web (Adobe) Analytics with custom variables (eVars, s.Props, s.Events) to track online engagement
- Use Adobe Analytics advanced features, building advanced calculated Metrics, Cross Device analytics, setting up Custom alerts, Data warehouse reporting, creating dynamic and reusable segments
