Data Analyst Summer Intern

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of Excel (formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization tools).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Basic understanding of SQL and database concepts.

Assist in collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Support the development and maintenance of Excel models, including pivot tables and basic formulas.
Help design and create basic reports and dashboards in Power BI under guidance from senior analysts.
Analyze trends and patterns in data to support decision-making processes.
Present findings in a clear and concise manner through reports and presentations.
Assist in managing and maintaining data repositories, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
Learn and apply automation techniques to improve data processes using Excel and Power Query.
Work with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide support in developing solutions.
Participate in training sessions to enhance data analysis and visualization skills.
Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.
Provide recommendations for improving data quality and reporting processes.

Familiarity with Power BI or similar data visualization tools (preferred but not required).
Basic understanding of SQL and database concepts (preferred but not required).
